Commercial Offer
DateInvite creates one-off customized digital date invitation websites. Current commercial offer: Free during launch month; standard price 5 EUR after promo.
The finished invitation is intended to remain live for 3 days during launch promo after confirmed order acceptance, unless abuse, illegality, a takedown request, or a security issue requires earlier removal.
During an active free launch promotion, DateInvite may treat a submitted promo order as confirmed without Stripe payment. Outside the promotion, orders are generated only after payment is confirmed or an authorized admin payment bypass is recorded for testing.
Complaints And Dispute Resolution
Send complaints to support@dateinvite.xyz. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 business days and respond substantively within 14 days where reasonably possible.
If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer rights under Slovenian and EU law remain unaffected.
Before launch, decide whether the trader recognizes a specific out-of-court consumer dispute resolution provider in Slovenia and publish that statement here.
