Before Confirmation Or Payment
If the order is not yet confirmed and no payment is required or completed, you can close the flow and no production build will start.
Draft data may remain briefly for order recovery, abuse prevention, or debugging, then should be deleted according to the Privacy Policy.
After Confirmation Or Payment, Before Work Starts
If the promo order or payment is confirmed but the automation worker has not started, contact support immediately or use the withdrawal page. We can usually cancel and refund any amount paid.
The production system should record a clear job state so support can see whether work has started.
After Custom Work Starts
DateInvite is customized digital work made from the buyer's prompt and media.
For consumers, checkout should collect express consent to immediate performance and acknowledgement that the ordinary withdrawal right may be lost once production starts or the customized digital content is delivered.
If that acknowledgement was validly collected, refunds after production starts are normally limited to defects, non-delivery, duplicated payment, payment error, or rights that cannot be excluded by law.
Defects And Non-Delivery
If the link is not delivered, does not open, expires too early, omits submitted media without reason, or has a material technical failure, contact support.
We may fix, regenerate, extend availability, or refund depending on the issue and applicable consumer rights.
Minor creative differences are not automatically a defect, but we should still try to fix reasonable issues quickly.
How To Withdraw
Use the withdrawal page, email support, or send any clear statement that you want to withdraw. Include your order ID if you have it.
We will confirm receipt on a durable medium where legally required and process any refund due through the original payment method where possible.
A model withdrawal form is provided on the withdrawal page, but you do not have to use that exact form.
Chargebacks And Abuse
Payment disputes, fraud signals, or abusive orders may lead to early invite suspension while the issue is reviewed.
Refund abuse, illegal content, or harassment may lead to refusal of future orders.
