What You Buy
DateInvite creates a customized digital mini website that asks one recipient out on a date using the buyer's prompt, optional media, optional voice note, template behavior, and a date-planning form. Current commercial offer: Free during launch month; standard price 5 EUR after promo.
The product is a customized digital service and digital content experience. It is not dating advice, event planning, travel booking, restaurant booking, or a guarantee that the recipient will answer yes.
The link is intended to remain available for 3 days during launch promo after confirmed order acceptance. After that period, we may remove the public Vercel deployment while keeping an internal project/archive record where legally or operationally needed.
Ordering And Payment
The buyer submits a brief, buyer email, recipient name, optional recipient email, selected template, optional media links or uploads, optional voice message, and any special notes.
During the launch promotion, the public payment gate may be skipped and the submitted order may be confirmed immediately at zero price. Outside the promotion, the buyer is sent to secure payment.
The automation worker starts only after a free promo confirmation, payment confirmation by the payment processor, or an authorized admin payment bypass used for testing.
If payment is required and fails, is cancelled, or is disputed before work starts, the custom invitation will not be generated.
Delivery
The target delivery time is normally within 24 hours after confirmed promo order or payment. Some orders may take longer if the prompt, media, hosting provider, payment provider, or automation system needs manual review.
Delivery is made by email to the buyer's submitted email address and, when provided, the recipient's submitted email address. The buyer is responsible for providing email addresses they are allowed to use for this invitation.
If the generated invitation has a material defect caused by us, contact support and we will try to fix, regenerate, or refund it as required by applicable law.
Buyer Responsibilities
You must have the right to upload or link every photo, video, voice message, name, inside joke, and personal detail you submit.
Do not submit illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually exploitative, non-consensual intimate, or privacy-invasive content.
Do not use DateInvite to pressure, stalk, deceive, or harass anyone. A cute website is still a communication to a real person.
If your content includes another person's personal data, image, voice, or private details, you are responsible for having a lawful basis or permission to provide it.
Customization, AI, And Human Review
We may use automation, local build scripts, AI/code-generation tools, template systems, and human review to produce the invitation.
Submitted prompts and media are used to build the custom invitation and operate the service. We do not promise that every requested wording, animation, or visual idea can be implemented exactly.
We may refuse, cancel, or modify an order if the submitted content violates these Terms or creates legal, safety, privacy, platform, or abuse risk.
Withdrawal And Refunds
Consumers may have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract unless a legal exception applies.
Because DateInvite is customized digital work, production checkout should ask the consumer for express consent to begin immediately and clear acknowledgement that the ordinary withdrawal right may be lost once performance begins or the customized digital content is delivered.

Availability And Takedowns
Hosting, email, payment, database, and automation providers may experience downtime. We will use reasonable care but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
We may remove or disable an invitation early if required by law, platform policy, security risk, abuse report, payment dispute, recipient complaint, or privacy request.
The buyer must not attempt to bypass expiration, copy private assets into public campaigns, or resell the invitation without written permission.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including mandatory consumer rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DateInvite is not liable for indirect losses, emotional disappointment, failed dates, recipient reactions, third-party downtime, or losses caused by buyer-submitted content.
The governing law is the law of the Republic of Slovenia. Consumers keep any mandatory protection granted by the law of their habitual residence where applicable.
